Develop daily, weekly and monthly reporting on MS Excel, MS Power point Highly proficient in MS Excel (VBA / Macros) Work closely with the operation teams across the globe in gathering the information required to prepare the reports Requirements: Qualification: Graduation or 10+2 with relevant experience. Minimum Experience required: 3 to 5 Years of experience in MIS/WFM Working experience in a BPO for at least 2 years Skills Required: Highly proficient in Advanced MS Excel & VBA Macros Hands on experience on Zendesk will be an added advantage.
