Good knowledge of SQL (Writing Microsoft T SQL which includes Functions, Store Procedures, complicated joins etc)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
An understanding of finance/accountancy would be an advantage.
A keen interest in problem solving.
A desire to constantly learn and adapt to the ever changing demands of the Real Estate Industry.
Some Customer service experience would be an advantage.
An additional language would be an advantage.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Well organised with excellent self-planning skills.
The ability to work both independently (self-motivated) and also a team player.
A desire to work in a busy and dynamic environment.
