Should be involved in entire Recruitment lifecycle process such as Sourcing resume from job portals, social media.
Candidate should have an hands on experience in hiring through Portal
Skilled in all the processes from resume sourcing till candidate onboarding
Coordinate with respective functional heads to define recruitment requirements, job specifications, Interview process
Define and implement sourcing, pitching and recruitment process
Manage recruitment lifecycle on various adhoc requirements
