Hiring Customer Support Executive!

Location: Bangalore
Experience: 0.6 to 2 years
CTC up to INR 300000

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Providing solutions to different problems of customers by taking help of different internal
tools, coordinating with Tech
2. Support (this is one team with whom you’ll be working the most), Customer Success, Product,
and Finance teams.
3. Answering phone calls and responding to emails.
4. Having product understanding and helping the customers as well with that.
5. Ensure that all the related notes/ call comments are properly documented and suitable
information is provided to clients.

Skills & Qualifications:
1. Excellent oral and written communication skills
2. Should have 6 months to 3 years of experience in Customer Support / Voice
Process.
3. Must have worked in Customer Support Inbound calls.
4. Should be open to work in rotational Night shifts.
5. An enthusiastic and energetic individual willing to work for a dynamic startup.
