Job Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Process control as per standards.
Process improvements for Vibro-casting/ self-flow casting and processed products
QA for the process with deviation monitoring, traceability , and defect analysis.
Analysis of product and quality data to work on improvements
Creation and updating of SOP for all workstations and its documentation.
Maintain 5S, EHS, WCM requirements as per SG standards
Adhere to compliance with all SG standards and permits
