Hiring Assistant Manager-Phone PE Process

Location: Navi Mumbai
Graduate with a minimum of 8 to 10 years of work experience in an International Voice Program from premium contact centers.
Minimum 5 years of work experience in an International Voice Program, With a minimum of 3 years as an operations manager
Prior experience in BFSI is mandatory.
In-depth understanding of Operations Metric, People Practices (score calculations, parameter ratings, Attrition calculation, Situation Handling, etc.).
Customer service-oriented. Should have prior knowledge of customer care processes and techniques.
Proficient in MS Office — Excel, Word and Powerpoint and possess knowledge of GreenBelt, Lean, Scheduling, etc
Technical Competencies:
• Typing speed – 25-30wpm with 90% accuracy.
• Hands-on experience working with Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Working Knowledge on Microsoft SharePoint (preferred).
• I should be able to work on multiple applications simultaneously.
Soft Skills: (Language)
