Creative Writer
Ideation of new concepts
Grooming team
System & process execution.
Conceptualize Station Programming plans and regular show plans by Ideation with the programming team.
Monitor Programming Compliance through timely Airchecks with the RJs & Producers.
Create an engaging work environment by communicating expectations clearly, providing guidance and appreciating a good performance.
