Requirements:
MBA – HR or MSW – HR from reputed institutions (First class throughout academic without any arrears history from 10th till PG).
15 years + of experience in IT Industry with good exposure to Talent Acquisition, Policy Management, HR Operations would be preferred
Proven working experience as HR manager in an IT industry People-oriented and results-driven
Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
Knowledge of HR systems and databases Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Knowledge of HR best practices in the industry
