Shift: Rotational, Changes every month:
6:30 AM – 3:30 PM IST
2 PM – 11 PM IST
10 PM – 7 AM IST
Week off: Friday & Saturday / Sunday & Monday
Job Responsibility:
This position is responsible for the day-to-day, business-as-usual, subject matter expert on the following: Windows, AD, Exchange, O365 and VMware.
This is an advanced professional role with requires highly-skilled and extensive proficiency in the above-mentioned technologies.
The qualified individual will:
• Develop large and/or complex solutions that require analysis and research
• Work with Windows operations teams where servers are deployed both on-premise and cloud
• Support on prem Exchange and O365 user base
• Work on projects/issues of medium to high complexity that require demonstrated knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments
• Will work under minimal supervision on complex issues. Will have wide latitude for independent judgment.
