Job Description ;
1. Maintaining daily receipt register.
2. Overall responsible for Inventory / Stock Maintenance
3. Supervising unloading of material, count and tally
4. Preparing Good Receipt Note (GRN) & Goods Rejection in case of goods rejected.
5. Issuing material to production and passing subsequent entries in SAP.
6. Entering material receipt and issue details in the external portal – SMAC.
7. Ensuring good housekeeping (check for spillage of oils, dirty walls, obstructions, etc.)
8. 5S and Safety Management in stores.
9. Closure of returnable gate pass on time.
10. Ensuring that all Material Handling Equipment is in good working condition
11. Ensuring that rules and regulations relating to physical custody and preservation of Stores are followed
12. Ensuring correct accounting of material in Stores
13. Month-end reconciliation between book stock and physical stock.
14. Month-end reconciliation between SAP and SMAC Receipts & Issues.
15. Arrange for the packing and labeling as per customer specifications.
16. Allocate the packing details in SAP and generate a packing list
17. Prepare truck wise loading list and generate invoice from SAP
18. Generate E waybill
19. Coordinate with transporters for the dispatch of materials and share dispatch intimation to the customer immediately after shipment
20. Ensure proper statutory documentation requirements
