Years Of Experience: 3 to 6 Years
Experience required : 3 to 6 Years exp. in CNC milling/Turning/Grinding machine operation( Expertise in Setting is most preferable)
Key responsibilities :
- Achieving the shift production target in the machine (No.of. Blocks).
- Ensure the accuracy of dimensions as per the drawing.
- Adhere to the standard operating procedure in the process.
- Perform the self-inspection of machined products and meet the assembly requirements.
- Perform the setting for different shapes and sizes of the blocks.
- Ensure 100% safety and adhere to all safety instructions in the operation.
- Maintain and upkeep 5’S in the machine.
- Ensure first time right in the block machining operation
- Perform tool change and adjustment in the machine.
- Involve in WCM activities and the process improvements.
