Job Description:
• 3+ years of software/IT services selling and US/Australia cold calling experience. Should have hands-on experience in dealing with US clients.
• Have a passion to achieve excellence in client interaction and be highly self-motivated.
• Possess a no-fear attitude towards making cold-calls to attract the top talent and build our network.
• Set up initial presentation, lead generation and pipeline development role both as a doer and a leader.
• Must be proficient in Proposal Writing, Keeping Follow-ups, Requirement Gathering and CRM, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• This position is critical in communicating effectively on the telephone and through email
• Develop a sales plan that aligns with the company's strategic sales plan and revenue goals
• Continue to develop and implement a structured, effective sales process
• Proven negotiation skills, the ability to persuade and influence decision makers.
• Build and maintain a vast network of professional relationships over a long period of time
