Skills:
Implement, administer, maintain, and troubleshoot issues regarding on-premise Exchange servers,
Exchange-related Active Directory administration,
Experience with Microsoft Cloud Services (O365 and Azure) and instant messaging platform (Lync / Skype for Business)
Provide user account setup and configuration to allow users access to the O365 services
Address client connectivity, client software, and mobility installation issues for O365
Address service availability issues within the customers organizational span of control for O365
Ability to work independently without intensive oversight
Ability to research problems independently
Strong oral and written communication skills
Technical Skills:
• Experience on solving break-fix issues in the Azure Cloud and also handle new build/provision tasks.
• Experience on Azure computing platform services - Azure Storage, Virtual Network, NSG, Compute, Load Balancing, ARM templates for Azure Orchestration, Azure Security Center, Traffic Manager,
Azure Active Directory etc.
• Knowledge on Linux and windows server installation, maintenance, administration etc.
• Monitor event logs to ensure security of data and access privileges and timely response on alerts with respect to Performance and capacity of IaaS and PaaS components on Azure.
• Experience in Infrastructure Automation using ARM Templates, PowerShell, etc. and create deployment pipeline including but not limited to Azure DevOps -Azure Pipelines, Repos, managing deployment groups, Jenkins, etc.
• Handle periodical Maintenance activity within Azure cloud – Security Patching, OS upgrade, etc
• Knowledge of ITIL Service Management and change
