Candidate with 20-25 years of experience in manufacturing Units with good exposure to Green Field Projects, Public Hearing, Liaisoning, Industrial Relations, Contract labour management, Trade Unions management and plant HR functions, Factory License would be preferred.
One of the following two Year full-time PG Courses:
MSW / MHRM / Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations and Labour welfare Management / Master of Personnel Management (MPM) from any reputed university (First class throughout academic without any arrears history from 10th till PG)
Language Candidate should be able to read, write and speak Telugu besides being fluent in English He will Head HR for Kolimiguntala Unit and responsible for the following;
• Factory License - Supervising legal approvals encompassing initiation/operations of factory like obtaining plan approval/factory registration from Factory Department, consent to establish / operate from PCB, approval from city planning department (BDA), NOC from Fire Department, environment clearance, ground water clearance and getting trade certificate.
• Public Hearing - To maintain harmonious relationship with local village leaders and political parties for smooth functioning of factory and especially during commissioning. Maintaining harmonious relations with the society / community around.
• Industrial Relations - To maintain industrial peace at the Unit without giving room to work stoppages or any loss of man days.- To maintain harmonious relationship with Union and addresses the grievances of the employees periodically and promptly.
• Contract Management (Green Field):- Recognizing & arranging vendors for administrative jobs like transport, housekeeping, labor contractors, safety, security, canteen & pantry, guest house management, landscaping & greenery development, first-aid services and pest control.
• Work discipline:- To ensure maintenance of discipline in the factory and take appropriate disciplinary action as per the stipulated procedures whenever any act of misconduct is committed.
• Create and maintain a positive work environment, prevent social conflicts, developing network and adequate communication with employees.
• Employee welfare:- To ensure and monitor all employee welfare activities including canteen, recreation activities, housekeeping and other colony activities.
• Statutory compliances: - To ensure that all statutory provisions are complied with in all respects at the Unit and mandatory checklist during green field project.
• Liasoning with local & other Govt authorities/agencies.
• Ensure total well being of the employees and maintain the morale and commitment to the organization from entry to exit.
