Location: Bangalore Experience: 2 years Required Skill Set: Proven work experience ( 2 yrs of Voice and Accent Trainer experience in international environment). Hands-on experience with various selection processes. Familiarity with the Candidate Management System. Hands-on experience with recruiting software. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills Strong decision-making skills. Preference - Multilingual: Hindi, English, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam (Not compulsory). Certified trainer on assessing behaviour competencies. Ability to frame questions/scenarios to assess behaviours and communication proficiency. Ability to monitor and coach agents on language - sentence construction, grammar, rate of speech, clarity of speech, pronunciation and call control. Understands principles of building rapport with the customer by using transition statements, verbal nods, small talk, tone, courtesy and empathy.
