Education Qualification : BE/ B.Tech (Mechanical/Metallurgy/Ceramic from a reputed institute) / Diploma (Mechanical/Metallurgy/Ceramic)
Experience: 2-4 yrs for B.Tech graduates/ 6-8 yrs for diploma holders.
Job Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
Understand Customer requirement and coordinate with plant for offer submission
Order customer requirement to be collected with product part numbers and drawings along with enquiry
Products to be checked and measured physically at the customer end.
Monitor and maintain the required stock level at the customer end
Reporting all customer claims, collecting the data related to product and operation with pictures
Collecting the competitor product detail and their performance
