Job Responsibilities:
- Understand customer requirements and close sales
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answering questions about products or the company
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales Targets and facilitate future sales (by collecting references/generating more prospects)
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Key Skills Required
- Linguistics : English, Malayalam
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Fresher’s can be considered as trainees
