Location : #Bangalore
Experience: 1+ years - Medical representatives, laboratory, hospital management, pharmacy customer service experience is all relevant.
Working Days: 2 days off in a given week, not necessarily weekends (i.e. depending on schedule weekly offs might be Fri/Sat, or Tue/Wed etc. in rotation with others)
Education: Any life science graduate
Salary upto 45k per month
Requirement Specification/JD: Need 4 candidate with good Hindi and English communication skills, with any life sciences degree. Have to be well spoken and well written, it's for a patient communication role where they communicate with the patients, convince for payment, get their medical reports, make sure they pass all our checklists, and then to request any additional information from our patients. Excellent written and spoken English skills, and strong reading skills mandatory, knowledge of medical terminology helpful.
